The Global Beauty Awards brought the industry together for beauty, learning, recognitions, and red carpet glamour
Beauty and glamour were in glittering abundance as the Glamour Lifestyle Industry traveled to the Pacific Northwest to honor many of the industry’s most recognizable names as recipients of the Global Beauty Awards. The weekend would be replete with galas, workshops, and the Red Carpet extravaganza of the exciting final night’s award ceremony.
Neither the omnipresent and expected weather of the Northwest, nor an unexpected citywide power outage prior to the opening festivities could dampen the spirits of the attendees. Following the brief delay, the crowd gathered for an exciting evening of red carpet photo opportunities and a smorgasbord of the most enticing and delicious dessert offerings which could satisfy any sweet-tooth or dessert connoisseur as they awaited their moment on the front-and-center Welcome Party Red Carpet.
With the excitement of the evening still fresh in everyone’s mind, the following morning welcomed the opportunity to learn and hear from some of the industry’s top experts during the 4th Annual Beauty Brand Believe expo. With directors and crowns representing numerous pageant systems, the audience gave their rapt attention to those on the stage. Entertaining the crowd with their knowledge were such illuminates as: Say Yes to the Dress, Jan Ferracutti of Bridal Elegance; Walk with Confidence by the renowned model and Miss Universe runway coach and choreographer Lu Sierra; Drink Your H20: Steps to Healthy Skin by Shanti Willet; Life After the Crown by Ford model, cosmetic guru and network personality, ybf CEO Stacey Schieffelin; Understanding Your Brand with Amazon Brand Influencer Anderson Salgado; From Foster Care to Blockbuster Film, former Miss Oregon USA and CEO and Founder of EAG Sports Management (whose life is now in film production starring Jennifer Aniston); Casting by Emmy nominated Executive Producer Matt Dearborn who has written over 100 produced episodes for television; Body Shaming: and Real talk with Miss USA 2018 Sarah Rose Summers.
The main event of the weekend, The 2nd Annual Global Beauty Awards, live-streamed around the world, would bring together a diverse and deserving group of individuals at the Snoqualmie Casino’s grand stage and ballroom. As the venue filled to capacity, it was a night of the finest eveningwear, local, state, national, and international crowns as well as industry celebrities. As the music commenced, the glamorous Global Beauty Awards Red Carpet opened to a plethora of paparazzi flash bulbs lighting the ballroom as the crowd and honorees walked the red carpet and enjoyed the live interviews.
Hosted by Miss USA 2018 Sarah Rose Summers, as the lights dimmed and the live-stream audience awaited, it was the moment to recognize those who truly believe in and support the Glamour Lifestyle Industry to their greatest abilities.
