As the first Miss Colombia to win the Miss Universe pageant in 57 years, and only the 2nd Miss Colombia to win in the storied pageant's history, Paulina promises her reign will be entertaining and unpredictable and that she will do her best to shatter any negative preconceived notions people may have about pageant queens.
