Treat your hair to some winsome flair,
and you’re sure to have an awesome autumn.
Hair Styles by Kristianna Nichols
The cooler weather of autumn means that it’s
time to consider a hair style change. Why not add attitude
and dimension to your “coiffure?” Whether
you are looking for a complete transformation or a sassy
new update for day or evening… whether you are
a blonde, brunette, or whatever color… and whether
you want a new updo or like wearing your hair long and
flowing… we have the look for you that will fit
into your fall season.
It’s
amazing how exciting a basic chignon can be when you add
contrasting faux hair. Laura is an absolute knockout with
her long, healthy locks. DJ created this subtle but fabulous
weaved “evening” look. Her mane is simply slicked
back into a low ponytail. DJ “pulled” the faux
hair through (in a weaving manner) to create intricate
detail, and then the remaining hair was smoothed into three
sleek buns. Extra blond pieces were added for a finishing
touch.
This
updo draws the attention that Sheri deserves, and her
gorgeous highlights draw attention to her face. We created
a perfect evening coif for Sheri’s small, delicate
features by separating each piece with pomade, placing
the loops around the ponytail, and lightly smoothing
her bangs to fit into the scheme of the style. Large,
vertical earrings were added to lengthen her face, and
a crystal headband was added for a slight touch of sparkle.
GiGi’s
tall, full updo is a perfect way to celebrate the formal
events this season. Her large looped bun creates the “pile” effect,
and her naturally long, thick hair smoothed easily into
large barrel rolls. A slight side part allows the bangs
to fall softly onto her forehead. Pearls being the perfect
accent for any occasion, GiGi chose a large drop earring
for her night out.
Wow!
This haircut on Bridgett is absolutely incredible for
an everyday look that frames her face and draws attention
to her full lips. The soft, extremely long bangs add
contour to her cheeks, and the blond highlights soften
the layers. Her hair is blown dry with a large, round
brush, and ultra shine is added for that extra oomph.
TIP: To make your spikes stay in place, spray upwards with
extra-hold hairspray from the nap of the neck to the crown.
Betsy
is the envy of all women with hair that is naturally thick
and full of body! This updated shag is a great cut to complement
her gorgeous face, with the longer layers adding dimension
and the shorter ones providing fullness. The extreme side
part allows her bangs to gently fall forward for a windblown,
touchable look. The ends of Betsy’s hair are slightly
flared for a hip, young style.
Erica is simply stunning
in a hairdo that takes virtually no time to create, yet
is absolutely amazing to behold. Her long, healthy, thick
hair is parted straight down the center (When you have
perfect features, this look is tremendous). Each blond
highlight is intricately placed for depth, and a small
amount of hair on each side is tucked behind the ear
to reveal her large hoop earrings.
